'Leisure'

What is this life if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare.
No time to stand beneath the boughs
And stare as long as sheep or cows.
No time to see, when woods we pass,
Where squirrels hide their nuts in grass.
No time to see, in broad daylight,
Streams full of stars, like skies at night.
No time to turn at Beauty's glance,
And watch her feet, how they can dance.
No time to wait till her mouth can
Enrich that smile her eyes began.
A poor life this if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare.

Eternal smiles ….

Winters ,
Summers,
Summerswinters,
Life flashes,
Speeding train ,
Dizzy haze ,
Blissful days ,
Nightmares,
Laughing friends
Walk in the rain.
Heart aches

Lonely strolls
Winters
Summers
Summerswinters
Many come
Many go …
Intersecting lines
Lines of life
Lines on the palm
Fate declared
Choosing form the chosen
Intersecting parallel lines!!!!
Parallels made to intersect!!!!!
Winters
Summers
Summerswinters
Hope
Dream
race
Pulse
Gain
Loose
Pain
Heart beat
Flow , Glide …..

Winters
Summ……….

Serene….
Calm ….
Eternal ………
Pain ? no pain
Sounds
Images
Lovely faces
Beautiful smiles
Hands held
Hands extened
Duties done
All that counts
Time stopped
Fleeting moment Stretched to eternity
Serene ….. calm ….. eternal smiles………...

Where are all the spirited souls

Soil wet,

With blood of sacrifice,

Young lives,

Spirited souls,

A dream that became the Cause,

The Cause that became the reason for life

And oddly so, for death as well.

Yet, no mother cried,

No daughter wept,

Sacrifice was theirs as well.

As sons vanished,

Fathers perished,

A dream that became the cause,

The cause that became the reason for life and death as well.

The seedling of freedom,

Sown in the soil drenched in blood.

Wise men said,

‘At the stroke of the midnight hour,

When the world sleeps,

We will wake to life and freedom.’

Midnight’s children,

And the generations there on.

Sacrifices forgotten,

The cause rendered meaningless,

Still sons vanish,

Fathers perish,

But Mothers cry,

Daughters weep,

The Dream that went in vain,

Why this bloody rain..

Freedom …

The shrub that never bloomed,

All that remains is the thorn

Where are all the spirited souls?

Kash

“Kash”

A word alive with contrasts,

Of hope and sorrow,
Of dreams and reality.

Ain’t it a beautiful word…..

The marvel of rain

‘I like the rain,
Because, in the rains, no one sees me cry.'

Childish Mind

" I wish I were a child,
With Childish Fantasies.
Dreams so impossible,
Yet, so seemingly with in the grasp of the childish mind.

Laughing all the way...
Innocent laughter........
No guile no deceit.....
Unmindful of consequences

Sweet childish Laughter.....

How i wish i were a child."
